Our Process starts with Client discussions and sketches around the requirements and needs for the project. Then, with our Digital paper cutting machine, we create multiple models at 1 to 10 scale to narrow down the pattern.

The next step is to bring the design to full scale. We cut 1 to 1 mock-ups that are brought on site to really fine tune scale, details and siting as well as for approvals before sending it for production.

After laser cutting and brake-forming, the pieces undergo an accelerated patina process in the shop, to gain their deep brown color. They are then ready to be installed by securely grouting or bolting in place.
